This one is just as awesome, this is the factory LS1 prototype test mule. What better way to secretly test your world-changing (car world changing at least) engine than Grandma's sedan? It went up for auction a long time ago when GM sold off part of their collection.

I'm not entirely sure, it could be rocking the entire C5 drive train since the mule was first spotted in 1996 (C5 wasn't out for another year).

Oh wow. How awesome would that be. I love those test mules, and manufacturers seem to be happy to sell them after some time, like Ferrari did with the Enzo Mule. I can't understand it, I think they are fascinating and belong into a museum.
